FAQS:

Are my calls routed to an answering service?

Absolutely not! All calls will be received by your provider or a trusted provider in their absence. Your provider, like anyone else, may occasionally become ill or have other obligations that take them away for a short period of time. However, you will never be directed to an answering service or left without a timely call back.

Do you take insurance?

Our providers are considered out-of-network providers who do not take insurance for physician related fees. However, your insurance can still be used for laboratory tests, imaging, and vaccinations ordered by the respective entities. We will provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance, but please note that reimbursement is at their discretion and based on your plan. Additionally, you may be able to use your FSA/HSA account from your health insurance or employer to cover your membership or balance.

Do I still need insurance?

Yes! Your membership is not a replacement for your current insurance. We highly recommend that families maintain insurance coverage as it can help cover the costs of hospital stays, emergency room visits, imaging, medications, and labs that are not covered by our wholesale pricing. These expenses can be a significant financial burden for families.

How can I cancel my membership?

Membership can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. Please contact our office to obtain a membership cancellation form, which should be completed and returned to us.

Can my child be seen by your provider if I am not present?

Your child can only be seen by our provider if you have given informed consent for their treatment. In other words, we can see your child as long as you have signed the necessary consent forms and authorized another adult to make decisions on your behalf.

*Access to our remote patient monitoring kit is available for a one-time fee per family.

**Please note that there are limitations on practice and prescription authority outside of the US.
