Well Child Examns:

Comprehensive examinations including developmental assessments, school progress, nutritional assessment, laboratory screenings, vision screening, hearing screening, scoliosis screening, and vaccinations.

Sick Visits: 

Comprehensive assessment and rapid testing when necessary, such as rapid strep, flu, COVID-19, and RSV. We also provide laboratory collection services, including urinalysis, respiratory pathogen panel, and cultures (excluding venipunctures).

House Calls:

All of our visits are in the comfort of your home or location of your choice.

School and Sports physicals:

We conduct comprehensive examinations and provide clearance for sports activities. Additionally, we offer the necessary yearly blue and yellow forms. 

Prenatal Consults: 

Complimentary 30-minute virtual appointment to discuss the readiness and nature of our services.

Fitness and Nutrition:

Personalized objectives and strategies for your child based on their individual needs and physical status. 

Follow ups:

You will never be alone during your child’s illness. We conduct follow-up consultations to monitor your child’s health after a sick visit.

Electronic Health Record: 

You will have 24/7 access to your child’s medical records. Prescription refills and referrals can be requested easily with just one click through your patient portal or patient app. 

Telemedicine:

Our exclusive telemedicine kit is provided to our members, enabling remote patient monitoring. With this kit, we can listen to your child’s heart and lungs, as well as examine their ears, from wherever you are.
