MEET PAOLA

Her mission to help parents raise stronger and healthier kids was the main reason for her departure from the traditional medicine model and the start of her concierge practice. 

Paola, originally from Colombia, arrived in the USA at the age of 16. Her strong work ethic and determination were evident from an early age. At the age of 17, she began attending college full-time with a clear goal in mind: to provide care for children. Paola completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Shenandoah University in 2008 and obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama in 2017.

Paola worked for 12 years at the local children’s hospital. During her time there, she dedicated 7 years to pediatric cardiology, where she acquired extensive experience and knowledge from top specialists around the world. Following that, she spent 4 years gaining primary care experience. Additionally, Paola has past experience in interventional radiology, intensive care, and sedation for both adults and children. Since 2019, her primary focus has been on providing exceptional primary care with a particular passion for pediatrics. 

Paola worked for 12 years at the local children’s hospital. Paola completed training as a Certified Infant Massage Instructor (CIMI®) at the International Loving Touch Foundation. This certification enabled her to lead infant massage classes at the local children’s hospital for many years. Paola is deeply passionate about teaching others, and she has had the privilege of mentoring and instructing nurse practitioner students and pediatric residents during her previous role.

Paola actively participates as a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners (NAPNAP). She has been interviewed multiple times by local news stations and has collaborated on various radio segment programs in South Florida.
